The Change Management Analyst is responsible for enabling the execution of the Enterprise Change Management strategy through helping with integrated communication, training, and change activities. This role supports the implementation of enterprise-wide change methodology by partnering across program teams to help the change team design and deliver communications, training, and engagement activities that build awareness, readiness, and adoption. The analyst works across implementation areas to assess change impacts, develop targeted enablement strategies, and monitor stakeholder adoption, while leveraging strong business judgment and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. In addition to being highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, this candidate must possess the strong business judgment and interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
