It involves identifying organizational barriers to change, guiding teams through transitions, and fostering collaboration across various departments like Marketing, Brand, and External Communications. The position also focuses on internal enterprise storytelling, ensuring message consistency, and promoting two-way communication through feedback loops and advisory councils. The Director will manage and develop communication advisory professionals, coach team members, and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
