About The Position

This role will play a key part in driving change, adoption and business readiness across multiple streams including Property & Ratings, Compliance and ECM. You’ll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, engagement and long-term adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Change Manager or Change Advisor within enterprise system environments
Strong experience working with TechnologyOne (TechOne)
Exposure to one or more of: Property & Ratings, Compliance, ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
Demonstrated experience driving user adoption and engagement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades
Ability to work across both business and technical teams

Nice To Haves

Experience within local government, utilities or regulated environments
Exposure to ERP transformation programs
Formal change management methodology (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)

Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end change management activities across TechnologyOne initiatives
Drive user adoption and business readiness across Property & Ratings, Compliance and ECM modules
Partner with stakeholders across the business to manage change impacts and communication strategies
Develop and deliver training, engagement and communication plans
Support system deployments and rollouts, ensuring smooth transition into BAU
Identify and drive business improvement opportunities aligned to system capability
Work closely with project teams to align change with technical delivery timelines
Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change approach
