About The Position

As a Change & Adoption Manager (w/m/d), you are the inspiring face of our Hyperscaler-agnostic Data & AI Area when it comes to empowering people and organizations. You know: The best AI solution generates no value if it is not used with conviction. Therefore, you will accompany our customers already in the pre-sales and ideation phase, conduct engaging discovery and enablement workshops, and alleviate the fears of both C-level executives and users regarding AI and Agentic Work. You are not a developer, but an absolute subject matter expert and authentic power user in modern AI ecosystems. You translate complex technological potentials into tangible business value and empathetically orchestrate the cultural change with our clients. You see yourself as a bridge-builder and initiator. You engage stakeholders at eye level and guide them safely through the AI transformation.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in consulting, change management, pre-sales, or as a trainer. More important than the exact number of years of professional experience is your demonstrable presentation and moderation experience.
• Tech affinity: You are a confident user in at least one hyperscaler ecosystem (ideally Google Workspace & Gemini) and genuinely enjoy trying out new features.
• Personality: You are a charming and approachable personality who can confidently moderate even critical groups and translate complex topics into clear business value.
• Methodology: You have experience in leading large groups and ideally have knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Design Thinking) or change frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Languages: You moderate workshops confidently in German and communicate fluently in English.
• Willingness to travel: You have the flexibility for regular, project-related assignments directly on-site with our customers in the DACH region.
• Team spirit and drive: You convince with results orientation and the joy of working with our diverse team of experts with passion.

Responsibilities

• Strategic consulting & pre-sales: You identify customer needs, outline use cases, and authentically advise C-level executives on the strategic business value of AI.
• Workshop moderation: You conceptualize and lead interactive discovery, ideation, and enablement workshops – both remotely and on-site at the customer's premises and internally.
• AI evangelism & demos: You present modern AI tools (especially Google Gemini / Gemini Enterprise) in a practical and understandable way, so that fears disappear.
• Change strategy: You develop customized adoption concepts to ensure long-term user acceptance of data & AI solutions.
• Interface function: You deliver the technical blueprints for our Data & AI Engineering teams – you define the 'What' and 'Why', they build the 'How'.
