Change & Adoption Consultant - Data & AI (w/m/d)
About The Position
As a Change & Adoption Consultant (w/m/d), you will be the inspiring face of our Hyperscaler-agnostic Data & AI Area, focusing on empowering people and organizations. You understand that the best AI solution generates no value if it's not used with conviction. Therefore, you will accompany our clients from the pre-sales and ideation phase, conduct engaging discovery and enablement workshops, and alleviate the apprehension towards AI and Agentic Work for both C-level executives and end-users. You are not a developer, but an absolute subject matter expert and authentic power user in modern AI ecosystems. You translate complex technological potentials into tangible business value and empathetically orchestrate cultural change within our client organizations. You see yourself as a bridge-builder and catalyst, engaging stakeholders at eye level and guiding them securely through the AI transformation.
Requirements
- Experience: Several years of practice in consulting, change management, pre-sales, or as a trainer. Demonstrable presentation and moderation experience is more important than the exact number of years of professional experience.
- Tech Affinity: Confident user of at least one hyperscaler ecosystem (ideally Google Workspace & Gemini) with a genuine enthusiasm for trying out new features.
- Personality: A winning and approachable personality capable of confidently moderating even critical groups and translating complex topics into clear business value.
- Methodology: Experience in leading large groups and ideally knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Design Thinking) or change frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
- Languages: Confidently moderate workshops in German and communicate fluently in English.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility for regular, project-related assignments on-site at our clients in the DACH region.
- Teamwork and Drive: Convince with results orientation and the joy of collaborating with our diverse team of passionate experts.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting & Pre-Sales: Identify customer needs, outline use cases, and authentically advise C-level executives on the strategic business value of AI.
- Workshop Moderation: Design and lead interactive discovery, ideation, and enablement workshops, both remotely and on-site at the client's location, as well as internally.
- AI Evangelism & Demos: Present modern AI tools (especially Google Gemini / Gemini Enterprise) in a practical and understandable manner to eliminate apprehension.
- Change Strategy: Develop customized adoption concepts to ensure long-term user acceptance of data and AI solutions.
- Interface Function: Provide the technical blueprints for our Data & AI Engineering teams – you define the 'What' and 'Why', they build the 'How'.
