The Championships and Sport Administration Coordinator is a benefits-eligible, one-year term-funded position based in Princeton, New Jersey. Reporting to the Senior Associate Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director for Championships and Sport Administration, this role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Ivy League championship events and assists with a variety of sport administration and office operations functions. The Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high-quality championship experiences for student-athletes, coaches, and spectators by supporting event logistics, communications, budgeting, and on-site operations. The position also assists with sport administration activities, including awards programs, officiating, scheduling, policy implementation, and communications with member institutions and constituent groups. Additionally, the Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for League initiatives, meetings, and special projects. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional interested in gaining broad experience in collegiate athletics administration, championship management, and conference operations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
