The CFS Registrations Coordinator is responsible for preparing and registering, via email, mail or website, all purchased finance, insurance, and after-sale products. This role involves interacting with internal and external customers at various levels, including associates on the CFS Registration team, Cancellation team, Schedule team, supervisors, and management. The day-to-day responsibilities include registering products daily from the CFS Registrations workflow via vendor portals and websites, processing assigned work accurately and timely to meet department requirements, ensuring weekly vendor payments with transmittals for all products sold, verifying product form accuracy, communicating registration problems to stores, producing high quality and quantity of work under deadline pressure, meeting or exceeding service level agreements, backing up and assisting other team members, and performing other projects and tasks as needed.
