About The Position

Brixey & Meyer is seeking a CFO Services Senior Manager to help grow its fractional CFO practice. This senior, client-facing role combines strategic financial leadership with business development. The Senior Manager builds relationships, creates and wins new opportunities, and serves as a trusted financial advisor to clients. The role offers the opportunity to develop market relationships, bring new clients into the firm, advise businesses strategically, and build a client portfolio around opportunities created.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CMA in good standing.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong client relationship, leadership, and business development skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting systems.
• Collaborative, hands-on professional who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to the firm’s culture.
• Demonstrated success building relationships that lead to new business.
• Comfort originating work, creating opportunities, and growing a practice.
• Ability to advise business owners confidently while moving between big-picture strategy and financial details.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building, with firm resources and support.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into new engagements.
• Grow existing relationships and the firm's market presence by identifying opportunities and staying active in the business community.
• Serve as a fractional CFO and strategic financial advisor to business owners and leadership teams.
• Help clients improve profitability, cash flow, forecasting, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.
• Lead fractional and interim CFO engagements while building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Lead teams, manage client relationships, and translate complex financial matters into practical business guidance.
