Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Approximately 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across finance and operations
  • Naturally curious
  • Analytically strong
  • Comfortable processing large volumes of data to inform decisions and solve complex problems
  • Proven ability to grow organizations
  • Proven ability to manage strong personalities
  • Proven ability to present multiple solution paths with sound judgment and flexibility
  • Hands-on fluency in Excel (advanced reporting and pivot tables)
  • Hands-on fluency in QuickBooks
  • Hands-on fluency in CLIO
  • Hands-on fluency in NetDocuments

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee to execute the firm’s documented 1-, 3-, and 5-year business goals through disciplined planning and operational leadership.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and KPI-driven analysis across billable hours, revenue, collections, A/R aging, utilization, and profitability—using data to spotlight growth opportunities leadership may not see.
  • Oversee firm infrastructure, including technology, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, facilities, leases, vendors, and major growth initiatives such as acquisitions or office build-outs.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Lead a team of accounting professionals, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and scalability.
