About The Position

We are seeking a Certified Workday Finance Functional Consultant to lead and support the Workday implementation project for Zuora. This role will focus approximately 70% on Workday Financial Operations and 30% on Workday HRIS/HCM. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and optimizing various Workday Financials modules, gathering business requirements, and translating them into effective Workday solutions. This includes configuring business processes, security, reporting, and workflows, as well as supporting integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, HR, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including developing documentation and providing end-user training and post-go-live support. Identifying process improvements and recommending best practices is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday Functional consulting experience.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Workday Financial Management.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM/HRIS.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployment.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, HR, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop functional documentation and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
