About The Position

Certified welder and fabricator at Judge Netting Mountain West executes fabrication of all netting poles used or sold by the company. This role oversees all aspects of production, fabrication and welding specifications. The role also requires hands-on FCAW-G pipe welding leadership in 5G and 1G positions, oversight of welding quality standards, fit-up, layout, and compliance with AWS D1.1 standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of welding or fabrication experience.
• Excellent welding and metal fit-up skills.
• Ability to read engineering plans, shop drawings, WPSs, and fabrication specifications.
• Strong proficiency with FCAW-G welding on carbon steel pipe in 5G and 1G positions.
• Experience welding variable pipe sizes and wall thicknesses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach to work.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), plus strong coordination skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Live in Utah.
• Pass background check and random drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• 5G pipe welding certification (FCAW-G) preferred.

Responsibilities
