The Certified Teacher Interventionist will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and utilizing assessment data to form intervention groups. This role involves implementing best practice instructional strategies and research-based intervention curriculum materials to meet the learning needs of identified students. The interventionist will also model intervention strategies for teachers, provide professional development, and collaborate with various stakeholders regarding student progress. Maintaining accurate records, attending professional development, and coordinating data collection for the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) are key aspects of this position. Additionally, the role includes providing Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 intervention lessons with fidelity, reviewing cases for ESE eligibility, and collaborating on MTSS paperwork.
