About The Position

AMIkids Tampa is actively hiring for a Certified Teacher with Social Studies and/or Elective certification. As a Certified Teacher with AMIkids, you will provide professional instruction and teaching to a diverse population of youth. This includes hands-on learning experiences, project-based learning activities, and cooperative learning opportunities in a low-student-teacher ratio setting. AMIkids has served over 160,000 kids and their families since 1969. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education
• Certification in Social Studies & Elective in Florida

Nice To Haves

• Certification in the state (Florida) & area (Social Studies & Elective)
• Degrees in other fields and are seeking agreements to earn in their field of study
• Experience working with at-risk youth

Responsibilities

• Provide professional instruction and teaching to a diverse population of Youth.
