About The Position
Rumford Community Home Corporation is hiring a Certified Residential Medication Aide for its Assisted Living department at Rumford Community Home in Rumford, Maine. The role involves resident care and medication administration. The position is full-time on nights, with 12-hour shifts. The stated compensation estimate is $20.00 to $23.75 per hour; the starting rate is determined based on factors including skills, applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available to qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and payout terms discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a Residential Care Specialist 1 or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certificate; may be trained within four months of employment.
- Must have a state-approved 40-hour certificate in medication administration.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills to accurately administer the proper medication dosage.
