About The Position
Central Maine Healthcare (CMH) is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine. The system includes Central Maine Medical Center (CMMC), Bridgton Hospital, and Rumford Hospital. CMH is also home to the Maine College of Health Professions. This position is within the Assisted Living department at Rumford Community Home, located in Rumford, ME.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a Residential Care Specialist 1, or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certificate. May be trained within 4 months of employment.
- Must have state approved 40-hour certificated medication administration certification.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills to be able to accurately administer proper medication dosage.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care resident care is preferred.
