About The Position

Stroudwater Lodge is hiring Certified Residential Medication Aids to help residents with medication administration, personal care, and other needs. The posting describes a temporary full-time position with the potential to become a full-time hire, as well as per-diem openings for all shifts. The role supports residents’ well-being and helps them live their lives to the fullest. CRMA team members administer medications as prescribed, assist with activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, respond promptly and compassionately to residents, document observations and updates, follow safety and infection-control procedures, and participate in training. The position requires an active CNA or PSS license and successful completion of the state CRMA competency exam. Criminal background screening is required.

Requirements

Successful completion of the state competency exam for CRMA certification.
Active CNA or PSS license.
Ability to move and assist residents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Genuine care and empathy for residents’ well-being.
Ability to accurately record resident information and vital signs.
Ability to work with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
Ability to follow ethical standards and protect resident privacy.
Criminal background screening is required.

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their licensed care providers.
Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Respond promptly and empathetically to residents’ needs.
Work with other care professionals to support an effective care team.
Document observations and updates on residents’ conditions and accurately record resident information and vital signs.
Follow safety rules and infection-control measures.
Participate in training and education to improve caregiving skills.
Maintain ethical standards and keep resident information private.
