About The Position

Banks Valuation is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers across the state of Utah for a 1099 independent contractor position. Applicants from any location are encouraged to apply, but there is an immediate need in Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, Weber County, and Washington County. The company is growing and led by experienced appraisers, focusing on high-quality valuations and long-term growth. They provide tools, technology, and operational support to streamline workflows and ensure accurate valuations. There is a focus on long-term career growth, with potential for leadership opportunities. The position offers competitive per-report compensation and includes a 90-day evaluation period. In select markets, high-performing appraisers may be considered for limited salaried staff appraiser roles after this period, which would include performance-based bonuses, 401(k), and health benefits.

Requirements

Certified Residential Appraiser License (Required)
