About The Position

Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health’s Lehigh Region, is seeking an enthusiastic Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical and interpersonal skills to join the Children’s ExpressCARE team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Children’s ExpressCARE is a referral center for patients who cannot see their primary care pediatrician and also accommodates walk-in visits. The practitioner provides care for minor injuries, common childhood illnesses, and other acute conditions, and provides coverage at the Bethlehem Children’s ExpressCARE site as needed.

Requirements

• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Current license to practice in Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

• Urgent care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for minor injuries and common childhood illnesses, including lacerations, respiratory infections, gastroenteritis, asthma exacerbations, dehydration, and other acute conditions.
• Provide coverage at the Children’s ExpressCARE site in Bethlehem as needed.
