About The Position

Jefferson Health, Lehigh Region is seeking an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical and interpersonal skills to join its Children’s ExpressCARE team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Children’s ExpressCARE serves as a referral center for patients who cannot see their primary care pediatrician and accommodates walk-in visits. The practitioner will provide care for minor injuries and common childhood illnesses, including lacerations, respiratory infections, gastroenteritis, asthma exacerbations, dehydration, and other acute conditions, and provide coverage at the Bethlehem site as needed.

Requirements

• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

• Urgent Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for minor injuries and common childhood illnesses, including lacerations, respiratory infections, gastroenteritis, asthma exacerbations, dehydration, and other acute conditions.
• Provide coverage at the Children’s ExpressCARE site in Bethlehem as needed.
