About The Position
We are hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital, a 261-bed, full-service community hospital located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $249,995.20 - $249,995.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually. Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
- Licensed to practice as a CRNA in Virginia.
- Experience in a hospital setting.
- Familiarity with Epic EHR system.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with a high volume of cases, including OB cases.
- Experience working in a team with physicians and other CRNAs.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services to patients.
- Manage patient care before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
