About The Position

US Anesthesia Partners North Florida is hiring full-time CRNAs and CAAs to provide adult anesthesia services at Baptist Hospital Medical Center Jacksonville, Baptist Hospital Medical Center South, Baptist Hospital Medical Center Beaches, and Baptist Medical Center Clay. The team provides anesthesia for a wide range of cases, excluding pediatrics. Opportunities to provide obstetric and cardiothoracic anesthesia are available for those interested. Regional blockade proficiency is not required, but anesthetists perform spinal anesthetics and arterial lines. Typical supervision ratios are 1:3 or 1:4. Infrequent weekday and weekend call is required and taken from home by beeper. A variety of shifts are available, including 13-hour, 12/8, 10-hour, and 24/8 schedules.

The facilities serve a broad range of surgical needs. Jacksonville offers complex stroke, neurosurgical, cardiac, cancer, and other surgical services. South and Beaches provide high-volume, lower-acuity surgical services, while Baptist Medical Center Clay serves communities throughout the area.
