About The Position

The Certified Nurse Anesthetist prepares prescribed solutions and administers
anesthetic following specified methods and procedures. Informs physician of
patient's condition during anesthesia. Performs pre- and post-anesthesia patient
visits and documents anesthesia notes on patient records. Relies on education, experience, professional training and judgment to accomplish responsibilities. A
wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Works under minimal
supervision. May lead and direct the work of others.

Our Lady of the Angels Hospital is part of FMOL Health. The health system was
organized in 1984 to unite three existing hospitals in Louisiana which were
already part of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady's mission of extending
the healthcare of Jesus Christ to those most in need. Headquartered in Baton
