About The Position

Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative ACT care team at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, Tennessee. This full-time position offers a full-scope practice with flexible scheduling, a collaborative ACT care team, and opportunities for new graduates. The role involves practicing across five hospitals within a 30-minute radius, handling over 40,000 cases annually, including 6,000+ births across more than 40 anesthetizing locations. The position emphasizes a strong mentorship program, diverse case mix, and the ability to work to the full extent of one's training and experience.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) qualification.
• Willingness to work flexible and equitable 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work to the full extent of training and experience.
• New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope CRNA practice.
• Participate in a collaborative ACT care team.
• Engage in diverse case mix including General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, OB, NORA, and more.
• Work within a system of 5 hospitals within 30 minutes.
• Handle a high volume of cases annually (40,000+ cases, 6,000+ births).
