About The Position

North Memorial Health is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing team of over 65 CRNAs. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a healthcare family dedicated to empowering patients and delivering exceptional customer service. CRNAs at North Memorial Health will encounter a wide variety of medical cases with varying acuity levels across two hospital campuses and an ambulatory surgery center. The organization, founded in 1954, is recognized as a leader in regional healthcare, known for its inventive spirit and agile approach, operating a network of 25 specialty and primary care clinics, urgent and emergency care, and two hospitals. Robbinsdale Hospital is a top Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center with 20 operating room suites and 353 beds. Maple Grove Hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center, a 138-bed community-based acute care hospital, and the largest Family Birth Center in the state. The practice emphasizes a collaborative, collegial team atmosphere with team-based care, leadership commitment to well-being, and strong internal mentorship for new graduates.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a program approved by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Education program
• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing from the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current certification through the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists with compliance with criteria for biannual recertification
• Certification to include ACLS, BLS, PALS, and others as required by institutional policy for advanced practice nurses working in identified specialty areas
