About The Position
True North Anesthesia is seeking a motivated, collaborative Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at one of our independent practice hospitals in Lincoln, Maine. True North Anesthesia provides anesthesia services at 15 facilities, including Level II Trauma Centers, Community and Critical Access hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Penobscot Valley Hospital, a 584-bed Level II trauma center, offers an independent practice setting with 1 OR facility handling General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Urology cases. This facility offers 10-hour days, allowing for a 4-day work week. We offer great benefits and earning potential while maintaining a work-life balance. New graduates are welcome. Requirements
- Graduate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- PALS certification
- Current State of Maine RN license
- Advanced Practice License (ME)
- NBCRNA Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services at Penobscot Valley Hospital, a Level II trauma center.
- Handle cases including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Urology.
- Work in a collaborative and supportive practice setting.
- Offer anesthesia services at various facilities including community hospitals and clinics.
