About The Position

AdventHealth Central is seeking a talented and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join their team. This full-time, W2 position is open to all levels of experience, including new graduates, residents, and fellows. The role offers structured onboarding, mentorship, top-tier compensation, and a supportive team environment with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance. The facility handles approximately 120-130 OB deliveries per month and offers diverse cases across multiple specialties.

Requirements

• Newly graduated anesthesiologist, or currently in residency or fellowship.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Anesthesiologist.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with OB, light Peds (ENT), Ortho, Ophthalmology, General Bread and Butter, and Endo cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care to patients.
• Work with diverse cases and multi-specialty facilities.
• Participate in structured onboarding and mentorship programs.
