Trident Anesthesia Group (TAG) is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our independently owned, physician-led anesthesia practice in Charleston, South Carolina. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
  • Certification by the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
  • Active and unrestricted CAA license in the state of [State Name] (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
  • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to team-oriented, patient-focused care

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
  • Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education
  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
