Trident Anesthesia Group (TAG) is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our independently owned, physician-led anesthesia practice in Charleston, South Carolina. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
Certification by the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
Active and unrestricted CAA license in the state of [State Name] (or eligibility to obtain).
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Commitment to team-oriented, patient-focused care

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures
Provide post-anesthesia care and patient education
Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
