About The Position
Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician in Indio, California, to provide outpatient treatment exclusively to infants and their families. The Clinician evaluates and treats plagiocephaly using the DOC Band® and corrects infant ear shapes using EarWell®. Clinicians serve as experts for pediatricians and parents and build relationships with families throughout treatment. The role includes direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. A formal training program with mentoring is provided. The position offers a traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work. Future opportunities may include training, mentoring, and travel. The listed pay range is $87,000–$97,000, depending on field tenure and relevant experience, with eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
