About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician in Boca Raton, Florida, to provide outpatient care focused on infants and their families. The Clinician evaluates and treats plagiocephaly using the DOC Band® and corrects infant ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are regarded by pediatricians and parents as experts in evaluating and treating these conditions and build relationships with families throughout treatment. The role offers direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. A formal training program and mentoring are provided; pediatric experience is preferred but not required. The traditional workweek has no nights and minimal to no weekend work. The position offers a pay range of $90,000–$100,000, dependent on tenure and relevant experience, and is eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises. Internal opportunities in training, mentoring, travel, and other growth and promotional tracks are available. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available. Florida applicants selected for the position must complete AHCA screening.

Responsibilities
