About The Position
Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician for its Indio, California clinic. The role provides outpatient care exclusively to infants and their families, using the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, guide families through treatment, and build relationships with them throughout the process. The position offers a traditional workweek with no nights and minimal to no weekend work, direct patient care with minimal paperwork, and no productivity or patient quotas. The company provides formal training and mentoring, with potential opportunities in training, mentoring, travel, and other internal growth paths. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist certification is required.

Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
