About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Midland, TX. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, focusing on treating plagiocephaly with the DOC Band® and correcting ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of these conditions and develop strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, valuing the unique perspectives PTs, OTs, Registered Nurses, and Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists bring. While pediatric experience is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring. This position offers visible, measurable patient progress within two to three weeks, a traditional workweek schedule with minimal weekend work, and investment in employee training and mentorship. It involves direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity/patient quotas. Cranial Tech is a nationwide company with opportunities for advancement in training, mentoring, and travel.

Requirements

Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience a plus
Background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development (from PT/OT backgrounds)
Experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families, capability to treat the whole patient (from RN backgrounds)
Hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care (from CPO/CO backgrounds)
