About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in National City, CA. This is a unique opportunity to work in a specialized, pediatric clinical outpatient setting focused on infants and their families, treating plagiocephaly with the DOC Band® and ear shapes with EarWell®. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of these conditions and build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, valuing the unique contributions of PTs, OTs, Registered Nurses, and Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists. A formal training program with mentoring is provided, making prior pediatric experience not essential.

Requirements

Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience a plus
Background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development (from PT/OT backgrounds)
Experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families, capability to treat the whole patient (from RN backgrounds)
Hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care (from CPO/CO backgrounds)

Responsibilities

Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®.
Correct ear shapes with EarWell®.
Serve as an expert in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
Develop relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process.
