About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Orland Park, IL. This is an opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, treating them to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on the Clinicians for expertise in evaluating and treating plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, fostering strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from various backgrounds, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses, and Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists/Certified Orthotists, valuing their diverse knowledge and experience. A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required due to a formal training program with mentoring.

Responsibilities
