About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Nashville, TN. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized, pediatric clinical outpatient setting, focusing exclusively on infants and their families. The Clinician will treat infants using the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes. Pediatricians and parents rely on these Clinicians as experts in evaluating and treating plagiocephaly and misshapen ear conditions. The role involves developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Cranial Technologies hires from diverse backgrounds, recognizing the value each brings. While a background in pediatrics is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring. This position offers visible, measurable results within two to three weeks, a traditional workweek with no nights and minimal weekend work, and investment in employee training and mentorship. It involves direct patient care with minimal paperwork, no productivity/patient quotas, and opportunities for growth nationwide in training, mentoring, and travel.

Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only

Nice To Haves

Pediatric experience a plus
Background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development (from PT/OT background)
Hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care (from CPO/CO background)
