About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Fresno, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized, pediatric clinical outpatient setting, focusing exclusively on infants and their families. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for treating infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents rely on our Clinicians as experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears. The role involves developing strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, recognizing the value each brings. While a background in pediatrics is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring.

This position offers visible, measurable changes in patients within two to three weeks, a traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work, and investment in employee training and mentorship. It involves direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity/patient quotas. Cranial Tech is a nationwide company with future opportunities in training, mentoring, and travel.

Requirements

• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience a plus
