About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Fresno, CA. This role focuses on treating infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, diverging from traditional orthotics and prosthetics. Clinicians are considered experts in the evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, building strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The company hires from diverse backgrounds, valuing the unique perspectives each brings. While a background in pediatrics is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training program with mentoring. The role involves visible, measurable changes in patients within two to three weeks, a traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal weekend work, and direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity/patient quotas. Cranial Tech is a nationwide company with opportunities for advancement in training, mentoring, and travel.

Requirements

• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience a plus
• Background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring.
