About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician to join their team in Dearborn, MI. This is an opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, focusing on treating plagiocephaly and misshapen ears. The role involves using the DOC Band® to reshape head shapes and EarWell® to correct ear shapes. Clinicians are considered experts in evaluation and treatment, building strong relationships with families throughout the process. The company hires from various backgrounds, including PTs, OTs, Registered Nurses, and Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists, valuing their unique skill sets. While pediatric experience is preferred, it is not required due to a formal training and mentoring program.

Requirements

• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists only
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience
• Background in orthotics and direct patient care
• Background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development (from PT/OT backgrounds)
• Experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families, capability to treat the whole patient (from RN backgrounds)

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band®
• Correct ear shapes with EarWell®
• Evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears
• Develop relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process
