About The Position

Club Pilates is seeking confident, energetic individuals passionate about health, wellness, and community to join their team as instructors. This role involves leading challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes for clients of all levels in a safe and supportive environment. Requirements

Comprehensive Pilates Certification through programs such as STOTT, Balanced Body, Peak Pilates, or Club Pilates
250+ hours of comprehensive training completed (for Apprentice Instructors)
All reformer and mat coursework completed (for Apprentice Instructors)
Enrollment in or completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Training Program such as STOTT, Balanced Body, Peak Pilates, or Club Pilates (for Apprentice Instructors)

Nice To Haves

3–12 months of experience teaching group reformer classes preferred
1 year teaching experience preferred
1 year group fitness experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and excellent customer service
Lead group classes of up to 12 clients effectively and safely
Clearly communicate movement directions and exercise cues
Support clients in improving overall health, posture, strength, and muscle tone
Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate individual client needs
Incorporate props and modalities such as TRX, Barre, and Trigger Point into class programming
Stay current with developments in the fitness and Pilates industries
Assist with cleaning and maintaining studio equipment and spaces
Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Demonstrate and assist with exercises requiring bending and lifting
Complete additional duties as assigned
