About The Position

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking two Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians for its specialty pharmacy in Waltham, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, onsite position with one of two Monday-through-Friday schedules: 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. EST or 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour and up, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees who start before December 31, 2026.

The technician assists pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, and managers with daily workflow to dispense specialty prescription medications to patients or providers and perform other pharmacy-related functions. The role is responsible for completing assigned tasks each day, preparing and packaging prescriptions, and managing medication inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 or more years of pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, including pharmacy terminology, sig codes, Roman numerals, and brand and generic medication names.
• Basic math and analytical skills.
• Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills.
• Registration with the Board of Pharmacy as required by state law.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, work efficiently, and be flexible.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB).

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescriptions for dispensing by printing labels, selecting and pulling medications from stock shelves, counting medications, and labeling the final product.
• Package and organize daily prescription orders for shipment.
• Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
• Complete assigned daily tasks and assist pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, and managers with pharmacy workflow.
