In this role, you will utilize your pharmacy knowledge to assist with medication-related inquiries, support prescription processing activities, and provide exceptional customer service to patients. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active TX Pharmacy Technician/Trainee License
• Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills
• Strong computer skills that help you to efficiently maneuver through multiple applications simultaneously
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Wired Ethernet connection 20 Mb/s download, 10 Mb/s upload (wireless is not permitted)
• Hard-wired Broadband Internet Service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic
• You must supply your own headset. Specific models will be shared during the interview process.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a remote call center environment
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• Pharmacy, call center, or member services experience
• Knowledge of diabetic supplies and pharmacy operations
