The Sales Support Rep reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager is responsible for meeting all sales and merchandising standards in their assigned accounts. This includes on-premises line cleaning, event delivery and customer resets to name a few. This position is the first step on the road to being a beverage sales representative.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail preferred.
  • Ability to read and write at a 12th grade level
  • Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and rotate product based on date codes and demand.
  • Sell and build displays for large retail accounts
  • Assist with store resets learning planograms, and customer buying patterns
  • Sell in draught products and service systems for bars and restaurants
  • Monitor and report all competitive activity
  • Sell in new products and increasing distribution of high-end, primary and secondary brands.
  • Ensure all Point of Sell (POS) is clean, functional, and updated. All outdated POS must be removed from the accounts and permanent signs in need of repair must be picked up and repaired following our Neon Repair Process
  • Fulfill pre-established sales objectives and implementation of company marketing programs at the retail level
  • Survey and influence retail accounts to ensure a competitive edge in dominant POS placement, price points, shelf space and product location
  • Execute special assignments and impact selling objectives as assigned by management
  • Work with sales and delivery teams to meet objectives
  • Cover sales routes as relief salesperson.
