About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to support our fulfillment operations. This role plays a key part in processing and managing prescription orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service for patients and providers.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License (required)
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Process pharmacy orders from receipt through completion
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare, scan, and manage documentation
- Enter prescription and patient data into internal systems
- Contact patients, members, or providers to verify information, collect payment details, and coordinate delivery priorities
- Interpret provider prescriptions and create orders in compliance with state regulations
- Retrieve and manage prescription, medical, lab, and reimbursement data
