About The Position
Assists Student Success staff in a variety of student services areas. Provides assistance and encouragement to all students and refers students to the appropriate college service area when necessary. Must complete badges related to this position as determined by the Alamo Colleges and complete Peer Advisor Certification training, as assigned, within the first year of employment. This is a part-time, temporary, hourly position working 19 hours per week. The role is located in Undergraduate Advising at 1400 W. Villaret Blvd., San Antonio, Texas. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., sometimes until midnight, with occasional Saturdays. The position is not eligible for benefits. Requirements
- Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at one of the Alamo Colleges District colleges or another accredited institution of higher education after attending or graduating from an Alamo Colleges District college.
- Must complete badges related to the position as determined by the Alamo Colleges.
- Must complete Peer Advisor Certification training, as assigned, within the first year of employment.
