Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Valid license, registration, certification, or permit to practice in the states of agency operation.
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services in a home health setting.
• Travel to patients' homes within the coverage area.
• Maintain valid CPR certification.
• Adhere to agency operational standards.
