About The Position
Our client is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for Surgical Services in Madison, Indiana. The position is described as an 8-hour shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must provide the listed current credentials, health screenings, vaccinations, and clinical references, and must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
