About The Position
Our client is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a Surgical Services position in Palmer, Alaska. The role is scheduled for a 4x10 day shift. Applicants must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical and health-screening documentation and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening
