About The Position
Our client is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a Surgical Services position in Madison, Indiana. The position involves a 10-hour shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must also provide current credentials and screening documentation and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening
