About The Position
Our client is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a Surgical Services position in Lander, Wyoming. The schedule is a 3x12 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires current clinical documentation and certifications, health screenings and vaccinations, and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
