Requirements
- Associate's Degree and Graduate from program in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit
- Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

- 1 year of Clinical experience with physical disabilities.
