About The Position

A respected assisted living facility in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its rehabilitation team. This is a direct-hire, permanent-placement position with a Monday–Friday schedule. The estimated compensation range is $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Colorado license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision.
• Assist patients with daily living and functional activities.
• Document progress and communicate updates to the occupational therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Support the rehabilitation team in achieving patient goals.
